If your chocolate is damaged, or you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you can receive either a full refund of the original purchase price, or a replacement of a product of equal or lesser value. Shipping costs will be covered by us. You have 30 days to email us at cacaococoon@gmail.com, or use the form on this site and send us a message to request a refund or replacement. No product returns are necessary for a refund or a replacement.  Refunds will be refunded at the purchase price to the original method of payment.
